Registration Deadline

Registration for the 9th Annual Gathering begins January 5, 2017. There are three deadlines for registering:

Early Bird – February 2, 2018

Regular – March 30, 2018

Late – April 18, 2018

The Network charges a higher registration fee for attendees who are not dues-paying members of the Network. Anyone attending representing dues-paying member organizations of the Network may choose the member ticket option to receive $100 off the ticket price.  

Learning Journeys

There are a limited number of spaces on our four learning journeys. You may choose only one. If your preferred learning journey is full, please email Coordinator@appalachiafunders.org to have your name added to the waitlist. 

Trial Membership

Our trial membership is $250. Non-members of the Network may purchase a trial membership to receive the $100 member discount on Gathering registration ticket(s). Please note that one trial membership applies the discount to all Gathering tickets purchased for your organization’s participating board and staff.

Hotel Information

Discounted rooms for Gathering attendees are reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn for $124 per night. The last day to take advantage of this discount is March 14th. Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. For reservations under the group block, please call the hotel directly at (606) 766-2000 and ask for the “Appalachia Funders Network” group rate.
